Creative mp3player

To Whomever it may concern,

I sent in my mp3player-Zen V Plus 2 Gig black/green on 1st NOV after the same problem happening for the 4th time.

The previous 3 times i had the same problem-the player would hang when charging and would be unable to startup nor able to be reset after that.This problem happens once in around every 2-3 months.I brought the player to the shop 3 times for the same problem and they charged it at their shop and it worked.And so they returned it without making a log of the problem.

I had the player replaced once before last year because of a line of dead pixel on the screen.I even told the people in the Plaza Singapura branch that the same problem happened a few times and whether they can take in and repair it.However,they kept saying nothing has happened since they were able to charge the player.So i wasn't able to get them to send in the player last 2 times i asked.

Before i collected the player yesterday,i told the person the same thing and he said there wasn't any logs made of the previous 3 times i came.And he dismissed all my reasons with merely the fact that my product is not under warranty anymore.

If so,i would be advising all my relatives,friends and network never to buy creative products anymore as they would only last as good as during the warranty period.Like another customer who sent in his Zen vision player 1 of the times i dropped by the shop to repair my player,his player had problems once every 2-3 months too.

I am totally dissatisfied with such service and would never be buying another creative product again if this remains unresolved.I sent in a hung player and it came back with a line of dead pixel.Logs were not made for my visits to the center.I had used various mp3players before this like iriver and sony and none of them had any software nor hardware problems.

The person who picked up my call regarding the collection of my mp3player was very rude to me.When i asked whether my mp3player was ready and repaired ,he replied saying "if i received the sms saying its ready for collection,it definitely must be already repaired lah".Talking to customers this way is totally uncalled for,not mentioning about him forgetting all the formalities over the phone.

Yes,that hit the spot when i had to write a complain letter when i dont even have enough time for myself,and coming, 2 days later, is the creative warehouse sale,well you decide whether your going after this.
