Sunday Run

I went for my 2nd run,this time the results was wrose.After 5-10 mins my stomach started hurting a lot.Theres was throbbing pain...sigh,it broke my momentum and in the end after that,i 1/2 jogged 1/2 walked...sigh lets hope it wont happen next week......

Oh yes,1 of my friends was saying something (i 4got who though) that a woman's slap on a man,never misses.It always hits in dramas,movies , everything LOL. Speed of Light Slap! *Piak* and yah n the *piak* soun d always sound real loud,ouch ><~
